Services
Three kinds of work, all for small and growing businesses. Software projects can be done from anywhere; sensor installs are on-site around Melbourne, or remote with hardware sent to you.
Build and improve
Websites, web and mobile apps, and internal tools, kept up to date with a monthly improvement plan.
Most small businesses don't need a huge system. They need the right tool, built properly, that keeps getting better. I design and build websites, web apps and Android apps, then look after them: security updates, fixes and a steady stream of improvements, planned with you each month.
Good fits
- Business websites that are fast and easy to update
- Booking, ordering and customer apps
- Internal tools and dashboards that replace spreadsheets
- Android apps
Monitor
Sensors, live dashboards and phone alerts, so you know what’s happening when you’re not there.
Small sensors measure what matters, a dashboard shows it live, and your phone gets an alert when something drifts out of range. I use reliable off-the-shelf sensors and gateways, and build the software around them, so you get a system that fits your business rather than a generic one.
Good fits
- Fridge and cold-room temperatures, with logs ready for inspections
- Machine run time and downtime for workshops
- Soil and greenhouse conditions for growers
Automate
Practical AI and automation that take repetitive work off your plate.
Not everything needs AI, but some jobs are perfect for it: reading documents, sorting enquiries, pulling numbers into a report. I add automation where it saves real time, inside the tools you already use.
Good fits
- Reading invoices and forms into your systems
- Reports that write themselves each week
- Assistants that answer common customer questions
How a project runs
Every quote is written for your project, so there are no fixed packages. Ongoing improvement plans are priced monthly and can be paused or changed.
- 1
A short call
We talk through what you need, and I tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit.
- 2
A written quote
Scope, price and timeline agreed in writing before any work starts.
- 3
Build and launch
You see progress as it happens, and nothing goes live until you’re happy with it.
- 4
Monthly improvements
A set amount of improvement work each month, planned together on a shared board you can check at any time.
Not sure which one you need?
Describe the problem rather than the solution. I’ll suggest the simplest thing that fixes it.
